Yesterday was our last IS and we've our Asian Sweets Practical. Didn't really put in much effort for this but I'm glad it ended well!! Took our last group photo in IS. From the first practical of making a sponge to making a mousse, wedding cake, bread and then to making of different kueh to now.... We've all grown a little throughout all these terms. Thankful for the wonderful friendship all of them had given me!! Thou i am not close to anyone in this group but i will always rbm each of them who had cross my path in life. We will be going for our inter soon!! ALL THE BEST to everyone and hope we will remain in contact even after we graduate from SHATEC!!!


Thank TSL for being my savior today!!! I will just die without her!!! I'm already having a bad day today because i wake up early in the morning eagerly to go for a swim at Bukit Batok YET it's not open!!! So i quickly go all the way down to Yew Tee and found CCK swimming complex after a good 45mins of WALKING!!!! The worst thing is that i didn't manage to swim as i doesn't have enough time so i just have a quick bath and rushed back to school for Supervision because I'm running late of time.. Adding on to this, my internship place still no news yet and I'm really vexed over it!! What's more, i can't understand why Mr Chan kept on cancelling lesson and he went missing for such an impt lesson today knowing that our beverage's exam is next week!!! I am so unproud to say that i am still unsure of this subject!!!!! Sighs!! One thing makes me feel abit better is the talk with Chef Fun. He has enlighten me somehow or another. Thank him for that! Feels comfortable confronting to him as he's like Mr Leong!!! Hehe! Anyway, after school, waited for Kelvin under the hot scorching sun outside westmall just to get one small little colored-printed paper from him!!! =( Quickly headed back home to edit my report for Asian Sweets cause Danny did wrongly so i spent the whole evening re-doing it again!!!! Meet up with Shie Ling to file my 22pages report before meeting Chef Goh!!!! Feel relieved after passing her the report. Went starbucks with Shie Ling after that! Short yet fruitful meet up after so long!!=) Thank you, Shie Ling for this wonderful friendship you've given me all these while!!=)

After we went our separates way, we know it well whats is going on more than anyone else. I guess this is it. We just have to accept this no matter how hard it takes for us. Let's JIAYOU together, my dearest soulmate, G =)
